He has handled Sales, Marketing and Distribution teams in the domestic and International arena.  Responsible for Top and Bottom-line growth.  Held various positions in leading Pharmaceutical companies like Ranbaxy, Cadila, Wockhardt and Taro Pharmaceuticals.

Held position of Marketing Services Manager in Ranbaxy at China, Director Business Development at Wockhadt UK, and Managing Director at Taro Pharmaceuticals India. Taro Pharmaceuticals is the leading Generic player in the Dermatological space in the United States.

He is a Director on the Board of Taro Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd.

He has been appointed Managing Director of Associated VAT Recovery Consultants with effect from January 2008.

Mr. Sharad D. Abhyankar, Aged 42 years, a Solicitor & Advocate by Profession, Founding Partner, ANS Law Associates, Advocates & Solicitors, Mumbai.

A Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Commerce), Master of Laws from Mumbai University and a registered Patent & Trade Marks Attorney, he was admitted as a Solicitor by The Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1991.

He has professional expertise in Corporate Laws, Mergers, Acquisitions and Takeovers, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations, Private Equity investments, Telecommunication Regulations and Securities Laws, Project Finance, Constitutional litigation and International Commercial Arbitrations.   He has authored several articles on various legal subjects like Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Insurance, Corporate Law Issues in Indian and International Journals.   He is also guest faculty at various Forums.

Mr. Jayant D. Phatak, Aged 49 years, a professional having more than 25 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Has worked for leading pharma companies in India like Dr. Reddy’s, Ranbaxy, Wockhardt and Alkem for the major part of his career.

He is  experienced in leading sales teams in India and Russia successfully. Has contributed handsomely to generate robust top line with a view of generating a healthy bottom line. Likes to travel and meet people from diverse fields.

Has joined Associated VAT Recovery Consultants as the General Manager based at Mumbai.

Mr. M Chandrasekhar, has an experience of more than 27 years  in the sales function of the Pharmaceutical industry. Has launched many new markets throughout the major states of India and was responsible for monitoring sales through large number of sales Representatives.

He has an expertise in launching new products at regular intervals of time and closely monitoring and correcting activities of his team members. Enjoys his travel.

Currently he is our Branch Manager based in Bangalore and is responsible for the South of India.
